Francesca Tan is an accredited physiotherapist registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), with over 16 years of experience across community and acute care settings. She has worked with leading institutions including NUH, Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth, and St Andrew's Community Hospital.

Her clinical focus lies in community rehabilitation and geriatric care — guiding elderly patients with complex medical needs toward greater mobility and independence, while reducing the burden of repeated hospitalisation. Her practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Motor Relearning Programme (MRP), Graded Motor Imagery and Explain Pain for patients dealing with persistent pain, as well as the Bobath Concept and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques to support neurological and functional recovery.

Beyond clinical practice, Francesca has served as an adjunct lecturer at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), teaching on the Work-Study Diploma in Community Care Integration & Management. This role reflects her passion for bridging academic knowledge with real-world practice.
